Painted across the stone landscape of Eder Kemo, and also at various locations in the D'ni city and Yeesha's cleft in New Mexico, a set of sophisticated images can be found depicting places, people, animals, and many other as yet unknown symbols. These images, commonly known as bahroglyphs, offer tantalizing clues about the history of Eder Kemo and the mysterious civilization that left these paintings and carvings behind.
The Bahroglyph Study Group has been formed to study these artifacts in detail, in order to:
- decipher bahroglyph iconography
- learn about the civilization that created these glyphs
- better understand the history of Eder Kemo, and D'ni
- better understand contemporary references to the bahro (and "The Least")
